Again originally a photo (Memphis housewives meet & compare recently purchased weapons) , this time by the British photographer Zed Nelson from his book "gun nation" made in the year 2000. I found it an intriguing and also bizarre image again, and I thought I want to try painting it and thereby draw some attention to it. I placed it in a baroque, old-fashioned frame.
